Shipping & Handling
We ship all our framed items Australia wide with a Fragile Courier Service, "First Class overnight" fully insured to the valued of the purchased price. "First Class Overnight" shipping service will be delivered overnight by 1.00pm the following business day to all major Capital Cities & CBD Areas throughout Australia. All Rural and country areas will take a maximum of three to four business days.
The Overnight shipping service applies once the item has been despatched from us not from the date of purchase.
Each item that is sent is professionally packaged so there is 100% no damage or breakages during shipment. Each framed item is sent in its own custom made wooden case which is also packed with industrial strength bubble wrap which protects all aspects of the item being delivered.
The shipping fee advertised with each piece is all inclusive of full insurance on the item & the wooden case in which the item is sent to you in. Each item sent will have its own barcode and tracking number. Each client will be supplied the time of despatch which can be tracked on our couriers website, which will supply you with all information on the delivery right to your front door.
Delivery Requirements: As all our items are sent via Australian Air Express to your door which must be signed for upon delivery during business hours. Please ensure you supply a residential, work or office delivery address with a contact phone number, as couriers are unable to deliver items to a PO BOX.
Delivery Times: Please allow up to 28 days for delivery on some products such as new released limited editions etc however in most cases you will have your item delivered to you within 14-21. Approx delivery times are also advertised in each product. Please allow for these shipping times before making the purchase, should you have any questions regarding the delivery time please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
Special Despatch Requests: We understand that items such as our memorabilia range are purchased as a gift & sometimes can be left till the last minute. Therefore if you are running short of time and need your item delivered to you by a certain date please contact us before making your purchase and we will advise if we are able to meet your dead line & have the item(s) delivered by the requested date. We will do our upmost to meet your request!
International Clients: Please contact us with your delivery details for shipping rates. All items are also sent to your door registered and insured with tracking number via Air Mail. Please allow 28 days for delivery of all items once despatched.
