Boom 3YO Haradasun half brother to multiple Group 1 winning champion Elvstroem, came to Sydney under a massive spot light and many dark clouds hanging over his head.
Racing critics had Haradasun named in bold writing as the “WANT TO BE” horse and had to improve a mile before they would look twice at him.
Trainer Tony Vasil and champion Group 1 jockey Glen Boss both had very different opinions to the critics and declared him to be a “Superstar in the making”
He definitely lived up to their expectations as he came out and won the biggest Group 1 double of doubles to win over the Sydney Autumn Carnival by winning the George Ryder and Doncaster Handicap.
Haradasun by world class top sire in Fusaichi Pegasus out of wonder mare Circle’s of Gold went on to fly the family flag high and continue their Group 1 winning success.
