What amounts are our gift certificates?
You can purchase our gift certificates in any amount you require.
How do I Redeem my Certificate?
Each Gift Certificate will have a unique code/PIN number which can only be redeemed on our companies website. Once you have selected the item(s) on our website and added it to the shopping basket you will then need to "check out". Once you have "Checked Out" the next page will ask you to enter your unique code/PIN when your code/PIN has been accepted by our system you will then see the amount of the Gift Certificate subtracted from the total sale price.
Can I Redeem my Gift Certificate over the phone or via email?
You are more than welcome to redeem your gift certificate over the phone or via email. We will activate your personal code for you, once we have all relevant details.
How secure is my gift certificate?
As mentioned above each certificate produced has its very own code/PIN once this is entered into our system with all your details such as delivery address, name, phone number etc if this code is entered into our system and any of the above does not match we will then contact you to verify if you have authorised another person to use your gift certificate. If not we will then destroy the code/PIN and allocate you with a new one. Your gift certificate can never be redeemed unless it is the 100% authentic user in which this was allocated to.
How will my Gift Certificate be sent to me?
Your certificate will be sent to you via registered express mail and will be sent out the same business day that payment is made.
What if the item(s) I purchase are more or less than the amount issued in the Certificate I have?
There are a couple of options here for you, If the items you purchase are less than the amount of your gift certificate we can either refund you the balance or supply you with a credit note for your next purchase. On the other hand should your purchase be more than the amount of your gift certificate you can either purchase another gift certificate or simply make up the difference.
Will the Certificate have a personalised message in it from me?
The choice is yours! You can have a personalised message included in the certificate as shown in the same one in this listing or you can leave this blank.
