On Saturday night at Parramatta Stadium, he further stamped his mark as the greatest player of all time, when in the 71st minute he converted a Riley Brown try to break the all time NRL point scoring record of 2107 points, previously held by Jason Taylor.
Joey Johns is a wizard with the ball, and on the field there is nothing he can't do for his Newcastle Knights. In 240 games for the club he has been involved in everything and this remarkable achievement proves both his longevity in the game and his all round prowess.
