We are proud to take you on a series of historical journeys, tracing the evolution and changing face of some of rugby league's most famous clubs, through the colourful re-creations of Australia's premier sports artist, Brian Clinton.
Like proud warriors daubed in war paint, players have worn their treasured club colours like a badge of honour for almost a century. Each club has a different story ... its colours carrying a diverse history and design. Foundation club the Eastern Suburbs Roosters (and the famous Dragons of St George) are the first two releases in Legends' 'Pride' series. League greats Arthur Beetson (Roosters) and Norm Provan (Dragons) have endorsed and added prestige to this exciting release by personally signing each edition featuring their respective former clubs .
Each club will be represented by a strictly limited edition of 350.
From the plain, pioneering jerseys of the pre-war game in Australia, to the slick, sponsored strips of the modern code, the bold brushstrokes of Clinton have accurately captured each era in true, lifelike colour.
Each edition of 'Pride of the Roosters' and 'Pride of the Dragons' has been independently authenticated and certified by the major chartered accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Each re-creation of 'Pride of the Roosters' has been personally signed by former great Arthur Beetson and is officially licensed by the NRL.
